Information About Developer:

My Adventures in Central America started in 1994 with my first trip to Costa Rica. Needless to say I fell in love with the tranquility. Later my wife Deidre and I bought 23 Acres on the Nicoya Peninsula. Within a 5 year period we saw the real estate values multiply 300% on raw land alone. This started the wheels turning. 2001 Franko Cunnane and I started Pura Vida Exoctic Imports, a Geogia Corporation, importing hand made furniture and hammocks from Nicaragua. I think Franko may still have a Hammock or two stowed away. Our eyes turned to unspoiled territory. By upspoiled I mean the land prices had not yet inflated to that of Costa Rica, its close neighbor. There was still that sense of.. "I'm sure not to run into anyone I know here". Well by my third trip land prices were rising at a steady rate and I ran into a friend from Folly Beach, SC in Bluefields, Nicaragua. It turned out he was there as part of a group with Habitat for Humanity. There's a lot we can all learn from these guys! Now my dream of a development in the Caribbean with the white sand, coconut palms, and warm clear Caribbean waters of Corn Island will be real. We will offer you a place to call home and create the balance necessary in all our lives.

* Los Mangos is a private community made up 100% with people known by Garry Lesesne, Charleston, SC and Frank Cunnane, Atlanta, GA. It is mandatory that the privacy and anonimaty of our neighbors within the community be respected at all times.
* Home Size = minimum 1600 sq ft and up.

Regime Fees
Road Maintenance = $50.00 every 90 days
Lots vacant = Brush cut every 90 days = $50.00

Construction
Custom Homes: Average $45.00 - $60.00 sq ft turnkey. Digital formatted discs emailed or DHL Air shipped to homeowner. The Homeowner can always be aware of progress being made and how their money is spent.
